Compliance Training Is A Must

The meaning and understanding of compliance management now go beyond its original definition as the process of ensuring employees and activities across the organization are in line with laws, regulations, and requirements. Requirements are set by a wide range of entities, including governments, regulatory and industry bodies, and employee unions. 

Between security, financial, and many other regulations, compliance has become a critical business function for every large organization. Then, facing the thread of environmental sustainability, compliance management must include ESG, which is Environment, Social, and Governance strategic planning.

Strategic planning in compliance management among others should cover transparency with the law and regulations for  further development. Then, integrity is doing the right thing, even when no one is watching. Strategic planning in the HSES, health, security, environment, and safety put it in front as safety begins with compliance.

• Business ethics beyond compliance
